This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Data & Information Delivery Team. We are looking for an individual who has a keen interest in data and is able to provide logical solutions to various problems. You will be working collaboratively with stakeholders from across the business using data to tackle business challenges.
You will be responsible for the production and delivery of the Society’s key management information and intuitive data solutions. This can range from the delivery of analysis in Excel to more complex dashboards. You will also need to help drive change and support a wide variety of departments with their business needs in an accurate and timely manner.
You will need to proactively build relationships across the business to communicate and present solutions so that you’re helping our stakeholders make more informed decisions through the power of data. The DI Delivery role is the bridge between business and technical where you are able to take complex business requirements and translate them into the appropriate output.
A technical aptitude, inquisitive mind and passion to be part of a high performing team are the only pre-requisites. Full training will be provided for the right individual. That being said, experience of operational processes in a financial services environment or experience of data manipulation would be beneficial.
A successful candidate would have the ability (and aptitude to learn where no previous direct experience) to use data interrogation, manipulation and reporting tools (including Excel, T-SQL queries, SharePoint, Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, etc.)
